Integral Training

GET TO KNOW OUR COMMITMENT

At SPORT CHANGE PROJECT, we firmly believe in comprehensive and continuous training. We work to transform the current system, ensuring that player development serves their holistic growth and not the other way around. We aim to empower girls in women’s basketball by offering them a path of sustainable growth and development.

OUR MISSION

This project was born as a response to the current situation in women’s basketball, with a special focus on training girls from their first steps in the sport. We aim to expand opportunities for girls, giving them the chance to grow and develop fully in the world of basketball.

HOW WE DO IT

Our methodology is based on a comprehensive and personalized approach to basketball development centered around a non-negotiable core: girls are the most important. We organize training camps, offer the only official NCAA Showcase in Europe, and provide an advanced training environment for players studying and playing abroad. Additionally, we offer scholarships to economically disadvantaged players to ensure everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
